How i work
After our first online session, I prepare a personalized, secure page for you with access to various boards where we collaborate.
Each session is 1.5 hours in total

1 hour online where we dive into the session’s content and activities and

30 minutes of preparation and email communication beforehand to ensure we’re aligned and focused.
The session itself consists of several key steps:

Mindfulness Check-In: we begin with a mindful moment to center ourselves and set the tone.

Thematic dialogue: we dive into the central theme of the session and I will support you caus it will go deep.

Review of Homework: we reflect on the assignements you’ve done, giving feedback and new insights from a human-based corporate perspective.

New home-assignments: I introduce a new assignement or tool tailored to your needs for the next steps.

Closing Mindfulness Practice: we finish with another mindfulness exercise to ground the session.
We use various boards like Mila, Miro, and more, where we work together in real-time.
Your Zoom meeting will also be available on the platform, and it’s where all home-assignements will be uploaded. When you choose a package, I provide a clear structure for the sessions that’s outlined on your secure page, so you’ll always know what to expect.
The process is organic and adaptable, as each package is tailored to you and it's my intention to focus on what’s most important at the time. During our first meeting, we’ll clearly define the goals and the direction of our work together.
